This page is a test form intended to validate the Salesforce integration (Reej Conseil) using the external form handler.
It is based on the existing contact form fields from ionisos.com, with the addition of the required fields for Salesforce testing.

For testing purposes, only the following fields are required and used for submission to Salesforce:

• Company Name → Company
• Last Name → LastName
• Status → Status (free text for now, pending confirmation of expected values on the Salesforce side)

Other fields may be filled in but are not required for the test.
